Determined to get on the right track with my health, I dove into all things fitness, nutrition, coaching and healthy living to heal my relationship with food, with my body and with my mindset.

Now, years later, I am passionate about showing others that good food and fitness goals can coexist in harmony and that the pursuit of a fit life can be enjoyable and sustainable! I give practical, everyday health tips to make your fitness journey long-lasting!

As a busy mom of three, an entrepreneur, and a former fitness competitor, I have been on a roller coaster of ups and downs with my health journey.

After having my kids, I was obsessed with being thin no matter the cost to my health. Overtime, as my physical health became weaker, so did my mental and emotional health. Frail on the outside and inside, I knew something needed to change.
