You will come out of our time together with practical tools to equip you for creating an everyday, healthy life, confidence to make intuitive eating decisions out of love for yourself and empower you to love the body you’re in as you pursue your physical fitness goals.

how life coaching works

  1. We talk. I’ll ask you some poignant questions about your journey to discover what is keeping you back from reaching your goals. I’ll also explain my coaching methods so we can get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit.

  2. We get real. Our time together will create vulnerability that will allow us to dig deeper to discover your goals, your passions and what you want your life and health to look like. We’ll take time to create positive shifts in your mindset, supported by your true value and self-worth. I will help you develop a fitness and nutrition plan that feels right to you that allows you to reach your health goals, all while feeling good and enjoying life in the process!

  3. You enjoy life. My coaching will help you feel confident and empowered to make intuitive choices, free from the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back for so long. You will be equipped and self-assured to live out your health journey and achieve what you have always wanted for your life!

  4. We live life together. My coaching method offers you 1:1 access to me through your private coaching sessions. But, what makes your journey truly special is the wonderful community that you have access to in our private FaceBook group. Meet other people, just like you, who are sharing their successes, triumphs, achieved goals, and even their setbacks. The private FaceBook group is a special space created just for the Ashley Jean Fitness community to do this journey of life together.
